Hello everyone, this is Bibi Cameron here. Today I’m sharing small makes and a video with easy and simple ideas to use some of the supplies in the Tonic Craft kit 22.
Treat Bag Holder
This little treat bag measures 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2 ” x 1-1/2″. To make it, you will only need three pieces of paper and a very simple template.
- Used the larger oval die in the kit ( 6″x 4-1/4″ inches) together with decorative semi-oval dies to die cut the body of the treat holder.
- Cut the treat holder body using the pattern. To cover raw edges of the bag for the handles cut long strips of paper ( 1/4″ x 8″ inches)
- Fold the paper.
- Glue pieces in place.
I also used the floral stamps in the kit to embellish this treat holder and using Nuvo Hybrid ink I stamped and coloured the images.
Small Card Ideas
I enjoy making small projects so I made a C6 shaker card and three 5″x5″ inches cards using the kit dies and stamps.
The sentiments on some of these cards were coloured using the Nuvo creative pens ( alcohol markers) included in the kit.
Using stencils and the Nuvo embellishment mouse in the kit you can add interest to the card backgrounds .
To add a decorative element I die cut glitter paper using the extra large intricate die in the kit and then I trimmed the leaves to add them behind the card toppers.
