Designer's Choice combines over 20 years of industry knowledge to bring crafters a monthly stand alone die set, that embodies the versatility and ingenuity of our larger collection in a single die set.

This monthly limited edition die set will be available exclusively for the Tonic Studios Store and be accompanied by online inspiration and tutorials from a selection of industries most talented crafters.

This month's Designers Choice Spring Shadow Box Die Set comes from Tonic designer Mark, who we sat down with to find out a little more about the creation of this set.

''It occurred to me that although we like to concentrate on products designed to decorate the front of cards, the insides tend to be left neglected. With this in mind, I set myself the brief to produce a versatile three-dimensional die set - one that could be used alone or to decorate the inside of a card. I wanted it to produce both a standalone gift or a pop-up decoration that could be used to create a thrilling card inside. I must admit, I had so much fun testing the dies. I think I got a bit carried away decorating the shadow box layers – I never realised crafting could be so much fun! I hope you enjoy playing with this set as much as I did whilst 'testing'!''
