Terms and Conditions of the TCK code

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website and the services provided through it, including our subscription kit and discount code offerings. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Kit and Discount Code ("TCK")

2.1 The TCK discount code is available exclusively as part of an active monthly or quarterly Tonic Craft Kit subscription. Users with an active subscription will receive a unique discount code ("TCK") that grants them 10% off eligible purchases on our website. Special events may increase this discount for short periods.

2.2 The discount is applicable only to qualifying products and does not apply to:

Tonic Craft Kits
Gift Cards
Any other excluded items, as determined by us at our discretion

2.3 We reserve the right to modify the discount percentage, change the list of eligible and excluded items, or withdraw the code entirely at any time without prior notice.

2.4 If a subscriber repeatedly skips multiple Tonic Craft Kit shipments in a row, we reserve the right to deactivate or revoke the TCK discount code until regular subscription activity resumes.

3. Use of Discount Code

3.1 The TCK discount code is for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3.2 The discount is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Misuse of the discount code may result in the suspension or termination of your account and withdrawal of the discount privileges.

4. Amendments and Exclusions

4.1 We retain full discretion to amend the terms of the TCK discount, including but not limited to:

The percentage of discount offered
The products eligible for the discount
The duration of the discount’s validity

4.2 We will endeavour to update our website to reflect any changes but are not obligated to provide prior notice.

5. General Provisions

5.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

5.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Gem Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction 1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Gem Rewards loyalty programme ("Gem Rewards") available on our website. By registering for and using Gem Rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in Gem Rewards constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Earning Gem Reward Points 2.1 Customers earn Gem Reward points ("Points") on qualifying purchases made through our website. The standard earning rate is 1 Point per £1 spent.

2.2 Additional opportunities to earn Points may be offered, such examples are:

Registering your birthday
Following us on social media
Other promotions as determined by us

2.3 All ways to earn Points will be fully detailed on the Gem Rewards page and are subject to change at any time..

2.4 Points are awarded only after checkout is completed. They cannot be earned on pending or cancelled orders. Returned or refunded orders will mean your points are adjusted accordingly.

3. Redeeming Points 3.1 Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, which may include:

Percentage discounts on an order
Cash value off an order
Reduced-price products
Other exclusive offers

3.2 The available rewards and their required Point values will be displayed on the Gem Rewards page once a user has registered and signed in.

3.3 Points can only be used once the qualifying level for a reward has been reached. Customers must accumulate enough Points to redeem a reward; single Points cannot be used individually. they can only be redeemed against active rewards.

3.4 Once redeemed, rewards must be used within 180 days. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.

3.5 Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. They are only valid while the Gem Rewards programme remains active on the website. If the programme is discontinued, any unused Points or rewards will be forfeited.

4. Expiration and Limitations 4.1 Points expire on a rolling 12-month basis from the date they were earned if they are not redeemed.

4.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Gem Rewards programme at any time, including how Points are earned and redeemed.

4.3 Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged.

4.4 Misuse of the programme, including fraudulent activity, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earned Points.

5.0 Rewards cannot be stacked. When you claim a reward it generates a code to be used on checkout. This cannot be stacked with any other code.

5. General Provisions
